How do I convert a PDF file to PDF/A in Delphi?

How do I convert a tif or jpg file to PDF?

  • I recently scanned a catalogue (I wanted to save it before it became too decrepid). It was my first time using a scanner, and when I saved it, it saved as a tif file. The problem was, nothing seemed to be able to open that file type, other than the scanner itself. So what I did was change the file extension to jpg. I could now open it with a few programs. Unfortunately, I have to manually change the page every time rather than just scrolling, and with 30 pages, that's long. I tried opening it with Adobe Acrobat to make it into a PDF, but it doesn't recognize the file ("not supported or corrupted"). How can I change this file into a PDF??? The file size is a little over 190 MB...

  • Answer:

You have to convert the JPG image format to PDF. You can't use the Adobe Acrobat to open a image file. With PDFMate smart merger tool, you could turn JPG to PDF, more, you can set the layout of the PDF file as 4IN1 and 2IN1.
