Does mediafire allow tv show uploads, and are you more likely to have files deleted when using a lot of space?

Just wondering if it is legal to upload episodes of a tv show for download instead of streaming. I recently had to get my mediafire account unblocked because there was a missing part of an episode on youtube, so I'd uploaded it, provided a link, and got banned Really happy that I've got it back, but was it correct to disable my account or not? I just got an email apologising, but it didn't have any more information and the file hadn't been deleted. Just don't want to make the same mistake again. It just seems weird that it is allowed on youtube, but not on file sharing sites Also the second question - mediafire sometimes deletes a load of old files to make room for new ones. Does anyone know how it decides which to delete? Cheers :)

Uploading TV shows is illegal. That's a big part of what led to megaupload being shut down. They are liable for a fine of $150,000.00 every time someone downloads the file you illegally provided.
