How do I program an old Emerson tv with an off brand universal remote?
-
I have an old Emerson tv set that does not have the original remote with it anymore. Back last year, I purchased an off brand all for one universal remote from the Dollar General Store to program the the above mentioned tv. After successfully programming the remote to the tv, I have since misplaced/lost the instructions to the remote. The tv was in my childrens room, and they have "somehow" (lol) un-programmed it. The remote has no "set" but for me to be able to manually program it, and I dont remember how to program it. I could REALLY use some help with this. Thanks in advance, Marla The remote has the following buttons, if this helps any at all: power tv/hdmi sat/cbl.dtc dvd/vcr aux/dvr info guide ch+/ch- vol+/vol- clear go back ok m (assuming its for menu?) enter input (-) I hope this helps :/
