How To Recharge Loop Mobile?

Mystery in television DTH service recharge....?

• On May 12 evening(6-6:45 pm) I went to 3 retail DTH recharge outlets. In all three, they told that they encountered some problem with the recharge system and hence recharge couldn't be done. In the process they got my smartcard no. and my mobile no.(usual procedure, for receiving confirmation message). all the 3 shop persons told me to come next day. However I went to the private DTH operators website and recharged online for 3 months, through my bank debit card(specifying card no., security no. at back of card and expiration date). On clicking 'submit' button(7:20 pm), I did not receive any confirmation message, hence dialled to the customer care. They told that as the recharge had been done through debit card, it may take 48 hours for activation of subscription. At around 8:15 pm I got confirmation message in my mobile.As per his statement it took(channels appeared) 36 hours from time of online recharge. I receive weekly intimations(SMS) from my bank on balance in my SB account, every sundays. On May 20,( 8 days after transaction) I received SMS on my mobile the balance was the same as before the transaction(100 % sure). If in case, the recharge was done by retail shops(got recharged sometime after I left shop) , will the shop owners be without calling me in my mobile and ask to give money ? If recharge was done online, how come same balance is there as before or is the bank's automated SMS system at fault ? (I also checked balance through ATM machine). If recharge was not done at all, how come I received confirmation SMS and able to view channels as before ? Will DTH provider draw their amount at later stage ? What is going on, pls. clarify if you get it clear.
