• I got an interview scheduled on Friday evening at 7:30pm, at the one in Sears in Hayward, CA (Winton Branch). Had a couple of questions regarding interview: A) What professional attire do you have to wear (I'm a male of course)? Is a suit required or something? Of course I know that you cannot wear jeans or anything unprofessional. B) What type of questions do they ask at the interview?   Dress for Success if you own a two piece matching suit i.e. navy or grey or dress pant in black, long sleeve white dress shirt, dress polished shoes lace up or loafers,black belt and black socks, tie etc. arrive 15 minutes prior to the interview, smile, stand up and shake hands when introduced and at the end of the interviews. I came back in, I completed a tax-screening assessment, and then that very same day I was shown around the store and started my training.
