Is there any reliable software that will actually clean up your PC?

Is PC Tools Spyware Doctor really a reliable anti-virus software?

• Warning: I am not very computer literate... At all. I have installed PC Tools Spyware Doctor on two of my machines in the past... And it seems like shortly after every time I do, something else goes wrong with the computer. The first time I installed it, I bought the actual disk online and when my computer stopped functioning, i wondered if I'd gotten an illegitimate and tainted copy. I recently reinstalled it, downloading it directly from the website, and now my computer is insanely slow and most programs wont work properly. Spyware doctor cant find anything with its quick scans (which now take 3 minutes, as opposed to the 20 or so they took before), and the full scans take 60 hours. Windows defender has found nothing...... And this is a relatively new computer. Is pc tools really legitimate and reliable? Is there something better available?

Once downloaded do an update immediately then scan your system. you will be surprised of what you will find. hahahah good luck
