Is diarrhea an early pregnancy sign?

• I went to the washroom this evening, and I wiped; I notice it was clear white with a bit of brownish color. Could be a early pregnancy sign? Any pregnant ladies went through something like this? B/c I had my period two weeks early.

  The brownish discharge could be. I had that with my second but not my first. As for the diarrhea, alot of people don't know this but yes, it can be. I had it before I found out with both of my pregnancies. I didn't get constipated until later on. With my first, I didn't know diarrhea could be a symptom so I thought nothing of it. I told my doctor and he said lots of women get it early in pregnancy but don't know it can be a sign so they don't make the connection and think they just got it for other reasons. But if you were thinking you were pregnant and then got you're period, then you're not pregnant. A period is the shredding of the uterus lining that passes along with blood and the unfertilized egg. That being said, it is medically impossible to have a period while pregnant. If you're pregnant and bleeding, it's bleeding associated with the pregnancy and can often be mistaken for a period. That's why so many people think they got their period while pregnant when they really didn't. So since it was so early, it may not have actually been your period. Best of luck to you!!
