How do I get a guy to notice me?

How can I get the hottest guy in school to date me?!! He's gorgeous! I really want him to notice me again!?

• I really like this guy that's in one of my college classes. I asked him out and he didn't want to, and he told me why, but I really really want to go out with him, I've kinda known him for years and now I think I'm starting to become obssessed with him, I need some advice. Anyways I'm 23 and he's 22. Ok to start, Gary (that's his name), was in my elementary school since 4th grade. He was always a really dorky guy and a lot of people picked on him. I never did though. But he wasn't popular. In middle school, he was a bit fat and had horrible braces on his teeth. He also acted like a loser (slept in class yet somehow managed to still get good grades), did drugs (alone), had long hair, read all the time, had no friends, and had barely any girlfriends (only ugly girls). Well I thought he was a loser. Well in high school he was still pretty much the same guy, all of the stuff I mentioned above, except even more shy, more fat, and had more of a cocaine problem. At the time he disgusted me. Anyway, in 10th grade (about 8 years ago), he decided to ask me out (I guess he had a crush on me), and I (trying to be as nice as possible and not cruel), told him straight out NO. He seemed a bit put down, but I really didn't like him at all. I didn't tell him why but I mean he was ugly, fat, had bad teeth, and was a dork and a loser. Well apparantly some of my friends told him my reasons (I told them) to pick on him, I didn't agree with it but at the time I didn't really care. Well throughout high school, he was the same old dorky loser he always was except his teeth were better by 11th grade, and during the summer between junior and senior year, we all heard he went to rehab. Well Senior year, he was I guess a fat guy with nice teeth now but still a friendless loser always glued to a book. Well we graduated and I didn't here from him for a while. Well last semester, he transfered to my college, and OH MY GOD!!!!!! He is gorgeous!!!! I couldn't believe it!! I hadn't seen him for 3 years and he changed in such a way that I didn't even recognize him at first until some people said his name. I couldn't believe my eyes. Dorky, Loserish, Fat, Loner Gary had turned into a complete hunk!!! Ok I swear that right now, the way he looks right now, he is probably the hottest and most handsome man I've ever seen (yes I'm counting movie starts), I mean- the hair is short and sexy now, he's not fat, in college his dorkyness seems normal. He's got short hair now, a five o' clock shadow, and his body (OMG!!!!!), he is pure muscle, lean and magnificent, I mean when I first looked at him I thought I was in a dream, and his face!!! I never noticed it!! since he's not fat anymore I just realized how handsome he is! I mean all semester I've had naughty dreams involving him..., and he's popular now in college AND has girlfriends! a lot of people like how smart he is, and a lot of girls like him, strangely enough his 2 girlfriends he's had this semester have been waaaaay below his hotty standard so I didn't get what he saw in them. Oh and he not only is hot now, but has work experience! working for his grandfather's company! OMG! Ok anyway, after a few weeks of obssessing over him, I asked him out! OMG I swear I was shaking just going up to him because he's so handsome now! geez who would have thought me!? being shy going up to Gary!!! Well he said NO!!!!! I felt like crying at that moment, he said quote "I'm sorry but you're not really my type, I think you're a bit shallow, sorry" I couldn't believe it!!!! He rejected me and called me shallow! I'm really not! I've grown up since high school and now see him as the cool yet rugged handsome guy he always was, but how do I prove that to him???? Please help me! I really want him to go out with me! I want to be with him every moment of the day! I've also kinda been stalking him, I know it's creepy but I just want to know his interests, and so far all I've seen him do is stay in his dorm room and occasionally go to bars or parties. What should I do? How do I prove to him I'm not shallow? I really really want him, and I cannot stop thinking about him, I seriously pray every night that he will notice me again and want me! Please give me advice!
