Do I have a chance of getting in an ivy league?

• Do I have a chance of getting in to an ivy league university? I'm only in 9th grade but I am already considering colleges and since i was little i always wanted tkgo to an ivy league like stanford or brown do you think I have a chance of getting in to an ivy league university  First off I am an international student I don't know if that's a good or bad thing but anyway and I come from a non speaking English country so english is my second language  - I have an underweight GPA of 3.9 AP classes don't exist in my country  - I do so community work every weekend  - I helped for about 2 years middle school kids to learn English - I speak fluently 3 languages : French , Spanish and English - I had a score of 107 on the TOEFL exam  - I'll be taking the SAT in about 2 years  - I have been in a lot of clubs at my school - I've been captain of my school's swimming team since 8th grade and we went to nationals and I've been on the team since first grade - I have already been to boarding school abroad for a year - I worked during the summer at my dad's office - I have not been in any kind of trouble At school or with the law  - I do not need financial aid for tuition  - I am one of the top 5 students in 9th grade  - I went to summer camp to The Us since I was 7
