Can i hook up NTSC atari 2600 with PAL wires ?

I am going to buy Atari 2600 jr from usa, but i live in europe. Can i use PAL wires with NTSC console ? Thank you, Valter

is your tv PAL/NTSC compatible if it is not you will be playing the games in black & white and you will need to buy a ntsc-pal converter which can be expensive and what about the voltage does it run on the same voltage, you might need a voltage converter also if i was you i would buy an atari 2600 in europe atleast i wouldnt have to worry about games not working or playing in black & white
