How can make a cell appear based on a result in Excel?

For example 1 - Do you want to link example to example ? Yes or No answer (drop down) 2- Add link address www.example.com(freeText) If the result of drop down is yes in row 1 then row 2 should appear asking the link address. Please explain in step by step as I am a newbie with excel
