What can be wrong with the computer screen?

What is wrong with my computer? Blue screen.?

  • My computers hard drive died. I went to geek squad to get it replaced, and I am so mad. This is not what I wanted. I use this computer for gaming. I explained that to them. My computer was great. It had lots of space, and would play the sims 3, and sims 2 just fine. Now it is so slow. Not just that but There have been some games that I start to play, and it crashes the coputer. I get the blue screen of death. I have only had this computer back for a week. Geek squad keeps telling me to take the computer back to the store. I do not want to. the store is very far away. Every time I call them I do not get good answers. What is wrong with my computer?
