How can i unlock my Samsung Monte GT S5620?

Hi,, m using samsung monte for last one year.Today i have an issue with the phone when m trying to unlock my phone the touch lock key did not work but when press the phisical unlock button it works... Now the interesting part is after unlocking the phone by physical button my touch screen just works fine no issue at all...but when m trying to unlock my phone via touch unlock button on the screen it does not work at all the lock logo blue from yellow but it cant unlock the pone...... please help me what can i do....is this software problem or hardware? Thanks in advance ...........

The basic problem is with the touch sensor..! U better go to samsung service center and report about this problem!
