How do I add additional music to my iPhone using Itunes without the original playlist?

I have an iPhone 4S 64GB, and am using the Asus N53Jn 64bit laptop, and I want to add more music to my iPhone using iTunes, but without the original playlist from iTunes. Everytime I try to add more music, iTunes wants to erase the music I have already on the iPhone.

  Hi! You can't sync the iphone with two computers at the same time! But what I recommend you is to backup all you music to your computer using ifunbox (windows) or Phoneview (mac) then allow iTunes to delete all the music in your phone. After the phone is sync with your notebook just add all the music you previously backed up to your Library and continue adding music from there! iTunes will no longer complain about wanting to erase your old music because it will asume all the music is being installed from this new computer. :D
