Can I get a full time job with this experience?

I was a receptionist for 4 months in 2010, prep cook from summer-fall in 2010-11 and a nanny for 5 months this year. I'm applying at gas stations, retail stores, drug stores and a pizza place haha. Do you think it will take a long time for me to find a job with this much experience?
