How to open a site even if its blocked?

When i open torrent site i m getting this message "Access to this site has been blocked as per Court Orders.?

see i am in india here it is blocked there was some release of new movies in tamil so the producers and all went to court that movies are leaking through torrents -copy righted materials and pyrated issue court ask to ISP providers to block those sites.there is lots of pyrated stuff in torrents but there is some other good stuff also they have to block those pyrites stuffs mainly movies instead of that they blocked whole it is a foolishness.there is no solution for this we seen that mega upload and all other file sharing sites are blocked in coming years we can see more.

Just open your Local area connection Network click on properties then Click on IP address and Change Preferred DNS Server to 8.8.8.8 and Alternate DNS Server to 8.8.4.4 and you can access torrents sites without any intereptions

Looks like the site has been blocked due to a court order. Is it TPB? and are you in the UK by any chance. Virgin Media, Sky and a few others have recently been ordered by the courts to block access. There are ways around that, but I cannot help you with that. Adrian you may want to look at my answer and check the job I do and the company I work for before you start giving me a thumbs down. I cannot supply that info because of obvious reasons. You may also look at the original question and he didn't even mention TPB, I only assumed that.

Well it seems like the site which you was looking for has been banned over the server on which it was. If its not like that what you can do is use Tor browser. It uses random IP addresses of any country so if its not banne around some other place in the world you may access it. For a detailed summary about tor browser mail me at [email protected] . Other way you can get the site is use google, search the site and click the button like translate this page or get a preview or look for cached copy. Good Luck
