    E. None of the above. The FBI agent would be treated exactly as any other citizen. S/he must either pay the ticket before the court date, or attend the hearing and plead guilty or not guilty. EDIT: In response to other answerers, FBI agents are not allowed to speed any more than another citizen would be. They are not police officers, and do not respond to calls, conduct traffic stops, pursue cars, etc.

None of the above. The agent politely informs the officer who he is, shows his full credentials.Not ticketing the agent is up to the officer's discretion. Not for speeding in my city but have stopped a number of different Fed agents over the years for violations. Neither of us ever made a big deal about the stop like your fantasy does. No Fed agent can break local laws. Not in their job description.

Your answers indicate obvious hostility toward law enforcement. The actual answer is the FBI agents shows his badge and ID, and is not given a ticket, and is allowed to proceed. Law enforcement can not be punished or fined for doing their lawful work...period.
