How to record skype and my microphone with hypercam 2?

• Hi, I just plugged my microphone for using it on Skype. It can record up to 42 000 Mhz and reduces the noise... The problem Is that I wanted to reduce it's frequence to 22 000 Mhz for less Upload on the internet ( less lag ). so I was in call on skype testing the microphone and changed it to 22 000 Mhz. My friend told me that my microphone was doing "Bzzz". He told me that wasn't supportable so he left the call... I called him back using my webcam's microphone but this microphone didn't have noise reduction. I muted myself for doing tests but even if I'm muting myself, he hears the "Bzzz" when I'm changing microphone inputs for Skype... Well, I restarted, unsuccessfully. i also tryed to plug my microphone on the back panel but it just doesn't receive any sound at all. One last thing, when I'm trying to record with bandicam or Audacity, it say's some thing like this : Problem with recording audio. Do I have to change Audio sound card to make it work or it's a driver problem ? I can reformat too but I want to be sure it will work. And the microphone worked on bandicam before...
