    You are ignoring the articles in 1990 that appeared in literally hundreds of newspapers and magazines when Obama was elected as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review stating that he was born in Hawaii. Plus the local Chicago publicity when he ran for state and federal office, all of which talked about his Hawaiian birth. Plus his 1995 book and publicity tour, where he said he was born in Hawaii. Compare that to a single bio, in an industry publication (that probably included him at the last minute to show they had more than white guys in their client list) that he didn't even write.

Your question presumes Obama's the one who isn't being truthful, despite his released birth certificate clearly identifying Hawaii as his place of birth.
