    of course you can, but you may be wasting your money for a short term result. I would suggest getting gum disease under control first. You can get the veneers but they may not look perfect for long cause the gum disease will cause recession (the gums will shrink away from the tooth exposing ugly yellow root) therefor leaving a yellow margin around veneer or worse lose the teeth due to gum disease.

Yes, you can get veneers if you have gum disease but why would you want to do that and end up losing your teeth anyway? A total waste of money....besides, with gum disease your breath smells really, really bad! My advice: see a dentist, have a complete cleaning, get rid of the disease and then talk to your dentist about veneers, braces, whitening or whatever.
