Few questions about paypal and ebay?

Some PayPal and eBay Questions?

• 1. how long do you have to pay for a item on eBay action? 2. if you must pay for your item immediately then does PayPal take money out of your bank account if you don' have enough in your PayPal account? There is something i want to bid on that ends in a day but i won't have enough in my PayPal account and since a transfer takes 3-4 days most likely i won't get the money in time. So i ask these questions to figure out if i can bid or i'm just gonna have to wait for another auction

  8 days to pay as the seller cannot dispute till day 4 and a further 4 days for you to pay before a strike is given Paypal will take from your balance first and then any shortfall will come from your Bank- this will likely make it an echeque and delay the seller sending your item till it clears. I am unfamiliar but I think there is a Paypal card or something (as Paypal) or upload some money from your Bank to Paypal (again I am unfamiliar with either of these) OR maybe get someone to send you some money to Paypal
