Is there a way to get rid of these?

I'm a girl and i HAVE TO get rid of sexual desires, is there a way?

  • i'm 20, normally i'm more of a romance kind of person i dont really think about sexuality much. And it always kind of disgusts me and i actually dont even like the idea of it and i can live without it till i die. but; still i sometimes do get the feeling and i just masturbate quick and get rid of it, and i feel so bad... dont get me wrong, i dont have any problems, its not that i cant have it its just that i dont want any sexual feelings, but even when i dont even think about it for a long time it happens in a dream or something like that... and lately i've been taking some meds, i have some hormonal problems and those pills totally ruined me. its like i can do it 15 times at least a day and it wont still be enough. i stopped taking the pills but the feeling wont go away, you think its the pills? or something happened to me and i happened to be taking the pills at the time and its a coincidence? please there has to be a way to get rid of this maniac thing... dont say i can control it with my brain i tried. i'm a complete depressed person with a sad personality, and i hate sex, eversince i was a kid. right now its like i'm not myself, even when i sleep its the first thing in my mind as soon as wake up and open my eyes, and i've had perverted chats with people who i used to call and say "perverts, get the heck outta my face." its not me.... i used to get the feeling once a month and at least i wanna go back to it, but its getting worse its gonna kill me. :(

    Why do you have to fight these desires? They're natural and human, there's nothing wrong or shameful about them because if they were then you wouldn't have them to start with. You're not sick or wrong, its perfectly normal to have these feelings, pretty much everyone has them. Why are you disgusted by sex? Because of your lack of knowledge on the matter or are you afraid of it? Why can't you have sex? Are you waiting till you're married? Is it your religious beliefs that are holding you back from having sex? Because that whole virgin stuff is just some sexist oppressing rubbish that men created hundreds of years ago to control women. Surely God wouldn't give you these feelings if he didn't want you to act upon them? I'm not saying go out and bang the first person you meet, but maybe start dating and get to a stage in your relationship with them where you are comfortable and trust the person enough to have sex with them. But if you really don't want to have sex you could always get a vibrator (or something along those line) to satisfy yourself. (Because these feeling most probably aren't just going to go away).

Whatever you do, don't seek god. That is probably your problem in the first place, you are trying to suppress a normal body function. The more you think of it as normal and the less you try to suppress it, the sooner it will get back to normal levels. Also, watch your diet. Eat healthy and get regular exercise

First go check and see if something is up with your body, you might be producing way more testosterone than necessary oh and ask the doctor about those pills. If anything, focus on other things, be it a hobby or exercise, which tends to tire people out so much that they don't have the time or effort to uh think of sexual thoughts, rather sleep. You could also just uh masturbate to get most of the feelings of it off.
