Where's my mail icon?

Why does the notification bell icon at the top header section in my Yahoo Mail page always show 2?

Every time I select the bell icon with notifications at the top header in Yahoo Mail page and select either, See all notifications or, Other notifications, I will get a blank page stating sorry, we encountered an error please try again later. Then when I select the back button to go back to my Yahoo Mail page the bell icon that showed 2 notifications has disappeared then will reappear soon later. Also, if I select the bell icon that shows notifications at the top header of the Yahoo Mail page an alert on the Yahoo Mail page will pop up stating Notifications are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.
Answer:

This is a Yahoo problem. They are working on many sites at this time. Many are unable to leave a comment or thumbs up. They are not getting the notifications for them either. All you can do is try some other time and maybe they will be finished.
