Does New Blue FX work in Adobe After effects CS3?

Adobe After Effects CS3 wont install?

I have windows XP, and I used to have my version of Adobe After Effects CS3 installed. Then I uninstalled it because it kept crashing, but I forgot to deactivate it before I uninstalled it. Now every time I've tried reinstalling it, the installation goes completely fine until the last step, when it says: ______________________________________… Summary: Successfully installed: 3 component(s): Adobe After Effects CS3 Template Projects and Footage Adobe After Effects CS3 Third Party Content Shared Components Errors: 2 component(s): Adobe After Effects CS3 Component install failed Shared components component install failed ______________________________________… I don't know how to fix this! I've tried multiple times at reinstalling it but each time without success. I've also ran the installation as administrator, and I've restarted my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks a lot!
