My blackberry Bold just stopped working on me.?

My blackberry 9300 scroller works but then it stopped working?

• I have a blackberry 9300, its scroller worked normally before. Then it just stopped working while i was using it. My cousin who has the same phone, told me to take my battery out and put it back in again. This has happened to her before. So i took my battery out. I put it back it. Then my scroller worked fine. I left my phone for a while because i was busy. When i came back to it, I tried using it but the scroller wasn't working. I tried the battery thing but it still wont work. Its been like this for 2 days now.

  Mines done this,if its still not working its broke,my friend had to get a new phone cos hers stopped working
