Best Skateboard Wheels?

What are the best Skateboard wheels for rough streets and tricks. I have a Creature 8in board with independent trucks LOW 139. I am currently using 85a 64mm powell peralta wheels with risers and they are hugh. It's hard for me to do tricks on these wheels. What are good skateboard wheels for rough streets, for tricks, and dosent cause a wheel bite without the risers.

i only ride spitfires, harder compound but still good for vert, and ive never gotten flats spots on them no mater how much a revert
