Im having an interview at barona casino i dont wanna blow it up please help !!?

I approach the interview with this mind set - if you were sitting in their shoes...how would YOU want these questions answered... - How did you come to the decision to work at Barona Resort And Casino? ...say something like... "long term career", "stability", "able to growth with the company" - What would you say separates you from other candidates? Toot your own horn alittle here...say your passionate, hardworking, driven, strong team player - What is your favorite casino game? Say a game that involves intelligence like Blackjack or poker. Because the involve alot of thought and strategy... - How would you handle an upset guest? "Calm and professionally, no matter how upset he/she gets I would keep my cool and try to resolve the situation. If things got escalated I would report it to my superior." - What would you do if you suspected a guest was cheating? Report it to my superior RIGHT AWAY - Do you need an alcohol awareness card? ...I am not sure what this is...haha - What is your attitude toward gambling? Say something like "its a great recreational activity! But unfortunately some people abused it gives it a negative bias" A few more tips... - Over dress, wear a suit unless they told you otherwise - Take notes (atleast appear like you are) - Ask questions!
