i need more people to sell cutco to. especially for the push period. What can i do to come up with more leads? next week is the push and i want to prove myself to my manager, since hes given me so much of his time to try and help me. he even promoted me to assistant manager intern (yes its paid) and so i really just want to show him how serious i am about my job. the only problem is that im running low on local leads, and im in the process of getting my license, and next week starts the push period so ive got to turn in at least an order, to show him im serious, and i want to stay consistent with it. does anybody have any tips at all for me or any suggestions of what i can do? please no negativity, i love working with vector and cutco is an amazing product. ive been working for almost a year here and any negative comments will not prove anything. thanks for your help!

Having sold myself, the best way to get more leads is referrals, referrals, referrals! I would often contact my old customers or contact people that I had presentations with in the past to find out if they knew of anyone else that could use the Cutco items, or even to find out if they would like to purchase a gift for a friend, a wedding coming up, etc. There are many reasons why people buy, so it is just a matter of finding out if they know of weddings coming up, or birthdays, etc where a gift like that may be something good to give as a gift. The other option is to maybe put up ads on Facebook, Craigslist, etc (if they let you). Back in my day when there was no technology like today, I would hand out flyers or go to local store parking lots and leave things on windows in cars to generate more leads as well. A simple flyer that attracts their attention, and if you have a free item to give away, or something like that in the appointment, it is an easy way to offer a free gift for allowing you to come to their home to make a presentation. Be creative!
