Horrible Pain In Left Side?

Pectoral pain? In left side of chest or left pec. Cringing pain?

• I have this chronological pectoral pain. In my left pec. It feels like a cringing pain. This is the process of the pain. 1.) I feel one small thing of pain 2.) I move my shoulder and feel the pain 3.) I move even more and feel even more intense pain 4.) Then I feel a pop kinda feel and the pain in gone Does anybody know what this is? Its a random pain. And happens randomly. Its in my left pec. Thanks!

  Your pain is caused by a muscle being pinched in your back but it's sending the pain around your body on the nerves to become a pain in your rib, chest or heart area. The small pain is letting you know it's happening in the back and as you move more it's pulling the muscles tighter to cause more pain until there is a release of the pressure where everything goes back to being painless again. To get this to stop happening you have to free up the muscles in your back now so they won't get caught into another round of that pain and here's how to free them up: Back: (do while sitting on a chair) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
