My brother said my friend "friends"/coworkers are not genuine due to posting on my facebook wall on my illness?

So some wrote me on my facebook wall where all could read, and a guy there said Erica just being honest, if these people really cared about you or the face you were sick, they oculd have either called/texted you there well wisher or they could have sent it as a private inbox message on facebook, not putting it on my wall, for all to see saying things like girl i heard, or Erica we heard, but we know you could do it, he said if you can't see the fakeness in that, open your eyes up. He said my so called friends everytime we make plans, dont have to write me on my wall, they can just call me. he said its so annoying, what do you thing of all this what he said?

  It's just your brother's opinion and maybe he's just affected because he has concern for you. Best way is to thank your friends for their concern and post that you are ok. You can also hide these posts from your wall because you have the right to privacy. Then post a status message of thanks for the concern and you're all well or you can send them a group message with a kind request not to bring up the topic on public again. It's not probably their intention when they posted that, they just wanted to show their concern and facebook is one of the fastest, most accessible way. Sometimes because of this faster communication, people tend not to think before posting, but don't misinterpret it if you know these friends of yours.
