How do you print a document?

How can I print a word document with sections all at once?

  • I have a word document of 108 pages in length. I've had to create several new sections in the document at several different points because of orientation changes. I would like to print this double-sided, but whenever I click print it makes me print the document section by section. This means when doing duplex printing, and I get to the end of a section with an odd number of pages, then there will be a page with writing on one side, and just blank on the other. Can someone tell me how to print the document all at once, instead of section by section, so that I do not end up with these strange gaps in my document. Thank you.

  • Answer:

Press Ctrl-P. In the dialog box that opens there is an option to select what you want to print- Print Range......All Print what.........Document The exact display of this dialog box depends on your printer driver. Go to the printer site and make sure you have the latest driver.
