How do I convert the image into ASCII format?

How to convert pdf format docs (image format) into word docs?

  • Good afternoon. I need to apply some quantitative measures on my data (corpus linguistics research). However, they are in PDF format and when I tried to convert them to word format, it didn't work because their format is an image. Can you please give me some ideas on how to change them into Doc words? Thanks in advance for your help :)
