Low resolution on my computer/tv screen?

Paint shop pro x4 wont install, sais low screen resolution?

  • i have lowered and hired the screen resolution to the recomended resolution. and everytime i run the cd to install it stops half way saying, "screen resolution to low, please higher it and try again". i dont understand because my computer is higher than the recomended reso.. and i have also tried puting it to the right resolution it asked for on the box but it still wont work. thank you
