How to get fit this summer?

  • Hey everyone, so ill be home over in a few days for the summer and i really want to devote this summer to getting healthier and more fit. I wana lose a couple of pounds, get a flat stomach/six pack and get some muscle. Do you have any tips for getting in shape. Any motivational stuff? Any workout plans or stuff like thatT?

You should check out the 12 day Fat X Program. The workouts or short but intense. My friend and I have been doing it and it's working!

Never skip a meal. Always eat breakfast. Skipping meals causes our body to store fat. Eating breakfast asap is always a good thing. To lose weight and get toned, run, run, run. Seriously. I've lost 8 pounds so far in 2 weeks. I run around my hs track 4 times.

I started a month and a half ago, and I have lost over 33 lbs! I workout every day (usually abs one day, upper body one day, and lower body one day) and then I run every day. The biggest challenge is eating healthy and making smart choices.
