How do I get rid of upper back pain?

I need major help! How can I get rid of my back pain in a day?!?

• So, I'm a competitive figure skater and have a show this saturday at 11am. I was skating today with my choreographer in the morning from 9-11 and everything was fine and dandy. I then skated from 1-2:50 by myself and everything was also fine. I then had a lesson with my main coach and towards the very end of the lesson I fell really hard in a jump. I hit my right hip, then my right elbow, and then hit the back of my head (not that hard). My friends mom is a nurse and she said I didn't have a concussion or anything. Anyways, i dont care that my head hurts and I don't care that I have an ugly bruise on my elbow, what I care about is that my back is KILLING me. About 2 years ago I was told that I had 2 herniated disks in my lower back. They finally healed about a year ago, but I got another herniated disk in my upper back about 5 months ago that healed about 3 months ago. My back feels exactly the same way it did when I hurt my lower back all those years ago and I'm scared that I damaged something again. It feels like someone took a needle and jammed it straight up through my spine, my back feels really pinchy and painful on the left side, and my left shoulder blade hurts really bad when I breathe. Is there any way besides taking ibuprofen and using ice that I can get rid of the pain in a day? I'm 17 and 5'4 if that's any use at all (I'm not sure it is though.)

  I wouldn't worry so much about the pain as the possible consequences of skating if you re-herniated your discs.
