Where can I find battle chess?

I want to find a modern chess game, NOT online, NOT an app.?

I used to play chess a lot, but haven't. The last game I played was Battle Chess. So I'm wondering after all this time when I search on Google or Yahoo, I can't find one to play on my computer. Can anyone recommend one or some?

They're actually working on a remake of Battle Chess right now! Development is being funded through Kickstarter, though a lot of the game is already done. It features different areas for you to play chess in (a garden, a dungeon, and the throne room) and each chess piece has at least three different cinematic animations for defeating other pieces.
