Why does hair frizz??

How do I get rid of hair frizz?

• My hair is medium-thick.. Whenever I get out of the shower my hair gets really frizzy and just looks weird. It's a little damaged from heat and dye. I use/have used every frizz product imaginable and I shampoo and condition with damaged hair products and also deep condition.
