Changing the battery and low rpm when starting the engine?

Engine stops as soon i press gas pedal?

• So 3 days ago. I did ran my Dodge Stratus 2000 out of gas... After filling it with 4 gallons on gasoline it did start. But check engine light is on. Did some code readings i dont have that page with codes with me right now, but if im not wrong there was something about some sensor... After checking list of possible codes I guess code was this... P1690 Fuel injection pump CKP Sensor Does Not Agree With ECM CKP Sensor Got 2 more but i think that was not important something releated to battery... Because before i made it start i did kill Battery by filling tank with 1,19 gallons and multiple tryouts to switch the car on... It didnt start. After charging battery. and filling tank with 4 gallons. Car starts, but as soon i press the gas pedal Rpm falls down and engine shuts down. So only Way to make that thing move is putting in "D" and let it roll. Max speed is around 5 km/H :D Could it be the camshaft position sensor what i am suppose to change? or fuel filter or fuel pump? I did find also this : The camshaft position sensor on this vehicle can fail and prevent the motor from starting. This sometimes happens coincidentally with the fuel being low; which will create the illusion that the motor stopped because it ran out of fuel. But it starts. Just need to hold a key for a second... Can anyone tell me what is happening?
