    Definitely get the AMD as it has 4 cores versus the 2 in the i3. More cores= more simultaneous tasks. Also AMD parts are typically less expensive than Intel's but are quite comparable.

Nothing wrong with either company , dell or hp have both been running them for years with little or no problems no such thing as a perfect pc , the hp would be better but the graphic card is part of the processor and when they say 4089 mb of video memory available meaning some of it is shared what need to know the dedicated memory might be 1 gb which is good for medium gaming, the dell has a intel graphic card but both pc's can have add on graphic cards to them, a gtx 550ti or higher or a amd hd 6870 or higher , go with the hp.

Omg... why are buying from the 2 worst companies? HP is a joke... I'll never buy any of their products again... and so is DELL lol... and what they both have in common, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! my friend went through 3 HP laptops in 1 MONTH! and all of those,..... oh wait you said desktop... lmfao... fail.... the Quad Core AMD processor would be better, Intel i3 processors are only duo core.

I would go with the HP because of the Internal GFX it has and also the intel I3 can be a little slow thats what i have on my Laptop but if it is for work the I3 is great Games not so much so its all about what you wanna do with it.
