How can I start my career in technologies?

Which is best paywise and career wise job/domain in bangalore- SAP or Microsoft?

Currently I am working in Microsoft SQL server from past 1 yr. Currently I have experience in SAP(CRM basic experience) and microsoft(SQL server, SSIS), etc., Totally I have 7+ yrs of experience with mixed technologies in Computers - SAP CRM(basics),VBA for MS Office, VB 6.0,SQL Server(SSIS, SSRS), HTML,Adobe photshop etc.,). Now I have decided to go with either Microsoft or SAP and want to make my career in one domain-either sap of microsoft. Please guide me which career to choose. I am interested in both but i am looking on the long term job stability and salary wise of the domain. My only worry is if i choose SAP(ABAP or something) i need to start as fresher. I am looking for development in both. Support project is also ok to begin with. Please help to find out which one is good at present(2012 and future)? Thanks!
