What is a chat website with discreet windows?

I'm looking for a website where you can chat with someone, but the chat window is small and can be "stuck" in front of all other opened windows. Basically I need to be able to use excel but still see the chat at all times. Any ideas for sites would be great!

Why don't you download yahoo messenger?? It's great and you can resize it and if you minimize it and he sends a message it will flash up so you don't have to have it block your excel page.
