How do I get rid of my fear of vomit?

Help when do you vomit?!!!!?

  • I think I have a cold, but I have a stomach ache and a severe vomiting phobia/fear!!! I never get sick and go to counselling about my fear. Now for the first time in 5 years I have some sort of a cold. I was wondering when do you vomit I know you vomit with gastro, food poisening, pregnancy and when you break something. So how do I know if this is a vomting flu or something! I'm panicking!!!! HELP This is my symtoms from my last question.. I never get sick and I have a fear of vomiting. Okay today now I have some sort of a cold. My throat hurts I dont want to talk, I'm tired, my throat is dryish and ticklish I have a dry cough and sometimes mucus. My ears pop when I blow my nose aswell, even though I dont have a blocked nose, its mainly dry and cracking. I know all that is a cold but on top of all that I'm getting acid or something coming up in my throat like its hot. It feels like vomit all most. I also have a stomach ache. Please help what is this?!!!!! And keep in mind I have a fear of vomiting just see the rest of my questions!! How long with this last? What should I take! HELPPP

    chill (: drink some warm tea with honey and a tablespoon lemon juice to soothe your throat!
