You sound dehydrated, if you don't keep your hydrated you're going to get weak and make this worse. If you're having a post nasal drip, dry ticklish throat and not drinking fluids, the acids in your stomach need to be neutralized or they will come up or cause pain blotting systems. You need to get some smart water, juice, toast. If you don't and you do get sick, you're going to make it worse by not having anything in your stomach. It's much easier to get sick when you are hydrated to avoid dry heaves. HYDRATE!!!!! Very Important...small sips often, rest, relax and feel better

take homeopathic medication..... for fear you can try "Aconite-30" 4 tablets*3 times *4 days for vomiting.. "Ipecac-30" 4 tablets*3 times *4 days dont start two med. at same time. take any one med. for which you have more trouble. then after completing 4 days start other remedy.

A doctor might help you, stop repeating the same question.

Ok look. I also hate being sick/throwing up/vomiting whatever you wanna call it. No-one likes it, ok? But you have to remember that most of the time, is necessary. Your body needs you to throw up because there's no other way to get the stuff out of you. So you'll feel sick for ages. And because of your fear your probably going to end up repressing it, and you won't be sick as quickly as you would if you weren't scared. But ultimately, if you're going to be, then you are GOING to be sick. End of. It's healthy, it's normal. So what happens? Well, you get a sudden feeling in your stomach, you run to the bathroom, lean over the toilet and before you have time to even think about it, your stomach squeezes and liquids and general nastiness rushes up through your body, out of your mouth and into the toilet. Then you wretch and you might be sick again, if you are then you are, if you're not then great. Whenever I'm sick I always cry, but I don't realise I'm crying, it's just what happens when I'm sick. Then you sit on the floor for a second and you realise, hey, I feel better now! Then you brush your teeth, have a glass of water and feel great. What's scary about that?! You're not going to die from being sick, being sick will ONLY make it better. Plus, once you've been sick, that's it. No more horrible "Euugghh I feel sick" feeling. Stop being scared, there's nothing you can do about it. Personally, I recommend getting completely "off your face" drunk and then being sick because of that. You'll be so drunk you won't care, and you're just sick and you don't even realise it. Cured any angst I have about being sick. Plus, I know my limits, what not to drink and stuff like that. :)
