How do you block someone from calling/texting you?

Why I can't block someone on YouTube when there's a new channel design update?

• A new account on YouTube called Cherry Korakura, she started to insult me with her bad jokes and LOLz last monday but I can't block her because of any YouTube glitches that are considered in new channel designs. It's just an update for new channel design. Maybe she's a troll who insults me but I can't ignore her right now. In her channel, I click the downward sign button besied the username, then I click Block User but it can't be blocked by myself after loading the new channel design. Old channel designs are better to block someone easily but in new channel design, I can't block someone. It's malfunction and need to fix it. Can anyone answer me?   go to inbox. click address book. add new type in their username save then click BLOCK USER.
