What is the recording program similar to FRAPS?

Fraps multichannel audio recording?

  • When I record (with whatever game it may be), I've already got it setup to record my mic and in-game sounds, but this also records any background music I may be playing in iTunes, a youtube playlist, or a vlc playlist. Is there any way to get each program the record to a separate audio track when multichannel is selected in the fraps settings? TL;DR, I want to disable audio recording in fraps for one specific program, but still be able to record game sounds and mic sounds.

    Not possible, Game audio and audio from other programs all use the same device and that's what Fraps records from.

Try Bandicam It has Two Sound Mixing option, so you can record both game sound and your voice separately. See http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=bandicam Use the secondary sound device of Bandicam, and uncheck "Two Sound Mixing" option.
