The controls for GTA San Andreas PC (Cesar Viapando part with the low rider Competition)?

I tried to look for the controls but I couldn't find any that worked for the PC version. I assigned the controls differently but it made no difference. It basically just sits there the whole mini-game. Any help?

Answer:
The num-pad beside the arrow keys are used to make the car dance. You can also change the keys for controlling the car in the redefine controls option.
