Why is my skin itch when i exercise?

Why do i itch all over my body when i get hot?

• So I'm 15 years old and I have this problem where whenever I get hot my skin goes red and I itch intensely all over my body and it is unbearable. I have sleepless nights and it is basically impossible to exercise. This problem started last summer and at first my mum told me it was just because of the heat and that I was hot. So we left it and now it has gotten to this point where I am scared of getting hot because I know that I will be itching all over my body. I am usually a fit and active 15 year old until now where I can't go for a walk without the problem happening. I have been to several doctors and four specialist, I have had allergy medicines and creams and none of them have worked. I change my bed sheets everyday, I shower at least once everyday, I have changed my soap, my washing powder. The doctor told me that I need to let my skin breathe more by wearing 100% cotton shirts and that has done nothing. Please help me, it has gotten to the point where I am depressed and don't know what to do any more, I barely ever sleep because of it, I cant exercise and my doctors/specialists cant figure it out either.
