Who's better for HD TV? Bell, Rogers, or Shaw Direct?

Which are some good home internet packages deals?

• 1. Rogers is out of the question. 2. I live in downtown Toronto, my house uses two laptops and two devices. We watch movies and tv shows and email. Basically typical university students. We use around 95GB per month (in total, together), but I feel like I need at least 125 to feel insured from extra costs. I'm currently with Bell Fibe 12, but somehow we almost always go over the data limit, and end up with $160 bills per month, even with the added extra usage plan of 40 gb for 5 dollars. A friend recommended Alcanac, which -I think- gives you unlimited internet, for a much cheaper price, but is DSL? (I'm unsure about the distinction between DSL and Cable, researching tells me that DSL is slower, but would it be the same internet as cable since I live downtown?) I'm also considering Shaw Internet. Please recommend great packages you guys have, and if they are still available, please link me and I'll check them out. Btw we don't have a home phone, if that info is required. Thanks!
