• Ok im 14 And i want to get into acting Film acting as my goal but ill start in like plays So what should i do get into classes or get a coach Should i just get an agent first or last Should i try out as an extra should i try out for a commercial first or wait (How long) Please tell me everything And is 14 to old And also How long untill i got a main role (Minimum possible i dont want it might not happen because im not gonna take that im gonna follow and ill do anything i can do So Minimun possible do u think it would be like 16 Because theres this guy named christopher mintz plasse And he just tryed out for the film superbad with no experience no agent just nothing just went in there and auditioned and now hes an actor So i dont want its not possible

  Well, your first step is deciding you want to be an actor. Then, you get involved in local plays. All the plays must be listed on a resume. The resume consists of the basics (gender, height, weight, eye color, hair color, etc) and the projects you've done (local plays, commercials, etc) The more projects you do the more experience you have, which attracts agencies and directors. You will also need headshots. It is very much recommended to get pictures taken by a professional photographer. Having your headshots done by someone who works in the business gives the picture a perfessional vibe. After doing this, you need an agency. The agency will help you book auditions. Most online auditions and un-trusted online agencies are scams. Please get a professional agent for you to work with. The agents then book auditions for you that best fit you. So basically, you need experience, a resume, professional headshots, and a trusted agency. To get into a professional film, it matters how good you are.
