Best gaming pc for around $400?

I know that I can not get a good one for $400 but I want a simple one that I will later on dump money into with new parts, whats good to start from. I DO NOT WANT TO BUILD ONE, I will only really change out parts but what can I start from

Well.try a net book, its from dell but it will work. It's very small-$350 AT THE MAX.

DO NOT GET A NETBOOK. WHAT IS THIS GUY EVEN TALKING ABOUT DID HE EVEN READ THE QUESTION?! A NETBOOK, SERIOUSLY MAN?! HAhahahAHAhaHAH. ANYWAYS.. Check out newegg.com for the brand CyberPowerPC. I saw someone ask a question about it recently, it's like $530 but its a really solid gaming PC. 400 isn't quite enough to bother, to be brutally honest, but if you saw up a bit more... I dunno, check what else newegg.com has for cyberpowerpc, they make pretty cheap gaming PCs with quality parts.
